6. Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the resulting loss, delay, or additional costs.

If a shipment is returned to us due to customer-provided address issues or failed delivery attempts, reshipment may require payment of additional shipping costs.


7. Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, risk of loss, delay, or damage in transit passes in accordance with applicable law and the shipping terms governing the shipment once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Claims for visible package damage should be documented promptly with photos of:

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, you should first check with:
