1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with Vaxen Watches.
All watches sold by Vaxen Watches include a 1-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery and covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only, subject to our inspection and verification.
2. What This Limited Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only.
If we confirm that a watch has a covered manufacturing defect, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product with the same model
- Replace it with a comparable model of equal value
- Issue a refund, if repair or replacement is not reasonably available
3. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, impacts, drops, or improper storage
- Scratches, scuffs, dents, discoloration, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized opening, repair, alteration, modification, resizing, or service by any third party
- Water damage, moisture damage, or condensation beyond the stated specifications of the model, or damage resulting from improper use around water
- Battery depletion, strap wear, clasp wear, crown wear, crystal wear, coating wear, plating wear, and other components subject to normal wear and tear, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed
- Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, perfumes, cosmetics, sweat corrosion, or environmental exposure
- Any issue caused by failure to follow the care or usage instructions for the product
4. How to Request Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please contact:
You may be required to provide:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos and videos of the product
- The serial number, where applicable
If we determine that inspection is necessary, the product must be sent to us in accordance with our instructions.
5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us in writing, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including:
- Shipping the item to us
- Return shipping from us to the customer
- Insurance, tracking, signature confirmation, and secure packaging costs
- Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or similar fees, where applicable
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit to us.
If an item is sent to us for inspection and the warranty claim is denied, the customer remains responsible for return shipping and any related costs before the item is sent back.
6. Return Requirement
A replacement, repair, or refund will not be provided unless and until the original product has been returned to us when requested.
Under no circumstances may a customer receive a replacement or refund and keep the original product when return of the item is required by us.
7. Void of Warranty
Any product with a removed, altered, defaced, damaged, or non-matching serial number will have this Limited Warranty voided.
We also reserve the right to deny warranty claims in cases of fraud, abuse, false claims, tampering, parts swapping, or other bad-faith conduct.
8. Implied Warranties and State Law Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties that may apply are limited in duration to the duration of this 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation above may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
