We do not offer general returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, sizing expectations, or subjective dissatisfaction, except where required by applicable law.

Do not send any item back without prior written authorization. Any item sent without prior approval may be refused.


3. Information Required for Review

To review a return or refund request, we may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos and videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • The product serial number, where applicable

No refund will be issued before our review is completed and, where required by us, before the item has been returned, received, and physically inspected.

Under no circumstances may a customer receive a refund and also keep the product when return of the item is required by us.


4. Condition of Approved Returns

Any item approved for return must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging, accessories, inserts, manuals, tags, protective elements, and any promotional items included with the order, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, that:

  • The item shows signs of misuse, wear, impact, tampering, alteration, or customer-caused damage
  • Parts, packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, or other components are missing
  • The item returned does not match the item originally sold
  • The serial number has been removed, altered, damaged, or does not match our records
  • There is evidence of fraud, abuse, false claims, chargeback abuse, or other bad-faith conduct

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, misuse, or customer-caused damage
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, inserts, manuals, tags, or proof of purchase, where requested
  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged by impact, drops, improper handling, exposure to chemicals, unauthorized opening, unauthorized repair attempts, or use contrary to product instructions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Upon Delivery
